I don't think owning a phone will do good for any of us. It may, perhaps, even solicit unwanted communication. Letters provide an excellent filter for communication.

Why, I could simply lose one, and how rude of me, I'm terribly sorry for such a mishap.

Some may even be illegible and not include punctuation. I'll start using netslang lol.

What in the world is "netslang" and why does it sound like a disease? I believe harassment like that may end up as fodder for the shadow wraiths, I'm afraid. They do so enjoy paper. Keeping them free from my books is quite a chore.
