There's a man on the network by the name of Jotaro Kujo. He's hard to miss - he has a very distinctive blue hat that seems to merge with his hair at the back.
As for the conversation itself, as far as I can tell people arrive here from differing points in time quite frequently. All I want to know is when he's from, without mentioning I asked you to find out on my behalf. He'll be made aware of my presence here eventually, but for now I'd like to remain off of his radar.
[Truth be told, Dio doesn't really trust...well, anyone. But whether or not this guy actually does as he asks will at least help him determine whether or not he's potentially reliable.]
